The people within our company have over 20 years of experience in the property and development industry. We are highly driven to become one of the best independent house builders and land agents in the UK with a reputation built upon quality, transparency and integrity. We primarily focus on helping landowners achieve planning for their land and present the potential development to several developers in order to achieve the best sale price for the land on behalf of the landowner. We understand the services we offer are different from most developers however we believe that by acting in the best interest of the landowner, we will grow quicker in the long run and achieve much more success.
Services
In order to act in the best interest of landowners, we charge a relatively cheap fixed fee for our services below regardless of the size of the potential development or the amount of work involved in providing a full site appraisal. Our fixed fee also covers taking the site through planning on behalf of the landowner.

Full site appraisal including a full breakdown of costs, net and gross profit, potential risks from both a planning and build perspective and up to date finance costs for the development.

Land valuation

Arrangement of plans to be drawn for any potential development.

Oversee the planning application on behalf of the landowner.

Ability to draw upon a list of professionals for guidance and advice if needed including architects, planning consultants, surveyors, contractors, structural engineers and finance brokers.

Ability to broker the sale to a developer as well as being able to present any potential development to a number of established developers in order to field competitive offers for the landowner.

We are able to oversee any development once planning has been achieved and project manage the development through to completion on behalf of the landowner if required.
