Projects
Below you can see a few of the projects we are currently working to deliver in the near future.

Bishops Itchington
A proposed development of 4 luxury detached dwellings each boasting circa 300sqm GIA. Currently in the pipeline for planning and secured a sale for the landowners on an option basis. We hope to deliver this development before 2025. As the build progresses we will add more photos to our site.

Balsall Common
A luxury infill development proposed in Balsall Common. When we identified the site we had a view to develop two luxury detached dwellings however the size and density would not be in keeping with the surrounding area and so after a number of meetings with our planning consultant and the landowner we felt it much more likely and in keeping with the area to apply for planning for just one detached dwelling.

Knowle
We found this infill development on the open market and although the property had been viewed by the local estate agents, they were unaware of the development potential the land offered and so we helped the landowner achieve a sale price well above the price the house had already been listed for on the open market. Once planning is achieved the sale will complete.

Sutton Coldfield
Another site we identified off market and approached the landowner directly. We are looking to demolish the existing garage on site to allow access to the rear in order to build two luxury detached dwellings in it's place. The landowner has asked for us to oversee the development once planning is achieved as they wish to benefit entirely from the planning gain and development of the site. More details will be coming soon once planning is achieved.
